Just to say thank you for your extremely prompt response to my order which was delivered to a relative's home - the appropriately named Morgan Court in Exmouth, Devon.  

I haven't been in touch before to thank you for your efficiency because, as it was a Christmas present to my husband, I didn't even see the windtrimmer until he opened it on Christmas day. (I'd gift-wrapped it in its original packaging hoping desperately that it hadn't been damaged in transit.)  He was really pleased with it and we gave it its first airing two days ago.  What a difference!

Hi Arthur,

Sorry, long time no news. We were on a tour through the Swiss Alps in the

Plus 8(sure missed my armrest).  I ordered one today and all seems well. 

The ordering went smooth and I am expecting one real soon.
